LL&E is a local family-owned and operated warehouse located in Southern lowa. With warehouses in Chariton, Ottumwa and Albia, we have a combined storage space of over 300,000 square feet and multiple unloading docks. LL&E Warehousing’s primary function is seed storing, and we currently have space available for warehousing. We take pride in loading and unloading your freight in a timely manner.

LL&E Warehousing was established in October of 2011, named after Justin and Becky’s three children: Logan, Landon, and Elaina.
LL&E Warehouse opened its first location in Chariton, Iowa. In November 2013, LL&E added a second location in Ottumwa, lowa. LL&E Warehousing now has a combined storage space of over 200,000 square feet with the addition of its third location in Albia, Iowa in 2023. Each location is equipped with several docking stations.
